You will not be disappointed in this one hour full of fitness. Each session consists of a conglomeration of strength training, cardio and stretching. No registration necessary, just show up and join the workout. A mat/towel is recommended. |

About Our Society |
The purposes of the Society are:
a. to provide athletic programs to support the physical, mental and emotional well being of the community;
b. to educate the public by providing courses, seminars, classes and workshops about fitness and wellness;
c. to promote fitness and wellness in the community;
d. to increase the accessibility of athletic programs to all members of the community by providing subsidized athletic programs; and
e. to establish, maintain and operate an educational training centre that will provide instruction on fitness and wellness.

Anna Kemp
Anna Kemp is the Cofounder of StrongAngel Community Fitness Society and a Certified personal trainer with ABF Personal Training. She is dedicated to helping our community be as fit as possible. She is motivated to educate individuals about health, fitness, and the benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Anna has been involved in the Fitness Industry working with Coaches and trainers for over 20 years. Her Fitness resume includes: national level swimmer, Cross country runner, Triathlete, Rock climber, Spin Instructor, Weight Training specialist and now is currently working full time as a personal trainer and Mom. |

Jeff Englehart
Jeff lives a life dedicated to his personal health and fitness, as well as helping the people around him. He is a certified personal trainer with ABF Personal Training and the cofounder of the StrongAngel Community Fitness Society. Jeff has been involved in sports for over 20 years specifically soccer, volleyball and Gymnastics. He has been weight training for over 15 years and enjoys coaching volleyball and soccer. |

Thank goodness I found Anna Kemp! I am a new resident to the Vernon and have tried various fitness classes and instructors at different locations in the area. I must say Anna is the one! I particularly appreciate the challenge and encouragement that Anna uses in her approach to fitness, which has made me feel stronger and more committed to physically challenge myself during my workouts. Anna is very upbeat and positively focused on making sure her clients are using proper technique and form so they get the most out of the workout. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone at any age or fitness level.

You never know what to expect at the ever changing Boot Camp. The work outs are hard but a lot of positive fun. Anna is always there showing and explaining and most of all --always encouraging one to keep going and push oneself harder and harder. I personally am beat by the end of the workout but feel fabulous and look forward to the next hardcore workout. Anna's Boot Camp is the real thing. It keeps my body and mind toned up to the limit. It is a lot of fun and I am a lifer now for this class. Thanks Anna for letting me be a part of this Boot Camp.

Without Bootcamp I would be no further then when I started. I can move in ways that I have not been able to in over 20 yrs and can do things that I have only dreamed of. I have lost 75lbs and with bootcamp I know I can lose the last 50. Thank you Anna.

Anna has been amazingly generous with her time and expertise at Bootcamp. She makes it fun and worthwhile. I feel great when I come and I really miss it when I don’t. I have been coming to Anna's Boot Camp since September 08 and I am enjoying every minute of it. I have lots 12.5 inches and am slowly feeling better about myself. Anna is motivated, supportive and always encouraging….But tough! I would recommend it to anyone.
